What is The Panther Collective?
The Panther Collective is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation with the goal of helping the University of Northern Iowa Men's & Women's Basketball athletes in amplifying their NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) opportunities by contributing their time and talents through work with non-profits, being active in our communities, and providing mentorship to future generations.
What do we actually do?
The Panther Collective synergizes the relationship between student athletes, fans, and the community. Alone, each group doesn’t have nearly the reach, resources, or impact that they do by working together. The Panther Collective ensures that a student's personal benefit for licensing their NIL doesn’t stop there. It is amplified to benefit the entire region. This might take the form of volunteering at local schools, non-profits, or area events that help improve and engage the community.
